I take on a small number of face-to-face clients and I work closely with them to help them achieve their goals through lifestyle assessments, nutrition guidance, and workouts.
RATES
Once-weekly fitness training: $55 per session
Twice-weekly fitness training: $50 per session
Three-times-weekly fitness training: $45 per session
Custom fitness plan + 45-minute coaching session: $150
Tracking study + 45-minute nutrition coaching session: $200; $30 per 30-minute coaching/support session post-tracking study.
Nutrition coaching: $55 per session
$100 one-time fitness assessment (BF%, movement and posture assessment), mini workout (to check form), and initial recommendations.
$30 to $35 per person for small group training.
I can accommodate two to three people in my studio for small group training. You put together the group, and we’ll find a time that works for everyone.
***Coaching sessions for fitness and nutrition are typically 45 to 60 minutes long, depending on an individual’s experience and goals.
