So many of us are looking for a sustainable lifestyle that will help keep us strong, healthy, and balanced! Yes, even fitness professionals and coaches struggle with keeping balance! I have been practicing and honing the principles in this program for the past 10 years. It is my goal to share simple, science-backed, and effective habits that will help others regain control of their health, weight, and life.

What is the Fast 40+ program?

This program is a sustainable lifestyle that combines fitness, nutrition and intermittent fasting in order to preserve and build lean muscle, and lose body fat. The program is guided by me, Kelly, certified personal trainer and holistic nutrition coach. I will be there to coach you through the program and also assist in modifications as needed.

I’m 65! Am I too old for the Fast 40+ program? What if I’m only 30? Am I too young?

So, look, there are some hormone differences between younger women and older women…but we aren’t different species! I can assure you that the principles in this program are based on solid science-backed methods of improving health and well-being, no matter your age. It’s never too soon…or too late to get started!

What exactly happens in the Fast 40+ program?

The program is 6 weeks long. During the first two weeks we will focus on eliminating the worst health and hormone offenders, while beginning a very simple daily schedule that will keep you on track. The final 4 weeks is all about practicing and tweaking our new skills - workouts, intermittent fasting, meal planning - to create healthy HABITS.

As soon as you join (by clicking the sign up button at the bottom of this page), you will have access to the workouts, weekly plans, and recipes. During the program there will be a weekly coaching call every Monday night at 8:00 PM. There will also be plenty of opportunities to attend live Zoom workouts. You are not required to attend any of the live events, and all of them will be recorded and posted in our private portal for later viewing. During the 6 weeks Kelly will also be checking in with you every few days via email.

How much does this cost and what do I get?

Your first round is an investment of $100 for the 6 week program. You will have access to a portal with ALL KINDS of tools and information: recipes, shopping lists, workouts, and the daily/weekly schedule. Then, once the program starts, you will have access to Coach Kelly, and all of the live events for extra support. These groups will run quarterly, so if you want to continue, you can join the next round at half price!

Is there a food plan?

YES! There is a meal plan with over 20 healthy and simple recipes.

What about the workouts?

The program provides 4 workouts per week. Two are pre-recorded for your use any time during the 6 weeks, and two will be live each week. These workouts are 25 minutes long and geared for beginners and women who don’t have a ton of time. All of them can be done at home using bodyweight or light hand weights or household weighted objects. During the April 2023 round I will also be providing written workouts for more advanced exercisers! All that being said – some women choose to focus on nutrition and not work out, which is fine. Some women stay with their existing workout programs. You will get the best result by working out 3 to 4 days per week, but this program is flexible. Do what fits your needs!

How long will I have access to the private portal content?

Forever! Or, at least until I’m out of business and no longer paying Squarespace for this website. 😉 

How often and for how long do you practice fasting in the program?

We practice a “fast for health” every day in this program. That typically consists of 14 hours fasting, 10 hours eating. For most that means we stop eating by 7 pm and then start eating the next day around 9 am. There will be an option during weeks 4 and 5 to add in a couple of longer fasting days. Most of the Fasting is done while sleeping, so most people barely notice the change. If you are a huge breakfast eater or tend to snack late at night, there will be a transition period but it gets easier after a week, I promise!
